Employee Volunteering Guidelines

PURPOSE

This page outlines Salud Revenue Partners' commitment to supporting employee volunteerism, outlines the guidelines for participating in COMPANY SPONSORED/HOSTED employee volunteer activities, and details the benefits and expectations for employees who participate in these volunteer activities.

SCOPE

These guidelines apply to all employees of Salud Revenue Partners, including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees. These guidelines are for participating in COMPANY SPONSORED/HOSTED employee volunteer activities only  It does not apply to an employee's individual volunteering activities outside of COMAPNY SPONSORED/HOSTED activities.

GUIDELINES

Volunteer Hours:

Employees are encouraged to participate in volunteer activities during non-work hours

Volunteer Opportunities:

Salud Revenue Partners encourages employees to volunteer for charitable and community organizations, causes, and events that align with the company's values and mission. Employees can participate in volunteer opportunities that include but are not limited to, community service, fundraising events, disaster relief, environmental conservation, and mentoring programs.

Eligibility:

All employees of Salud Revenue Partners are eligible to participate in volunteer activities. However, certain volunteer activities may require specific skills, training, or certifications, which will be outlined in the volunteer opportunity description.


Reporting:

Employees are required to report their volunteer hours and activities to their supervisor using the company's approved time-tracking system. This information will be used to measure the effectiveness of the employee volunteer program and report on the company's social impact.


Safety:

Employees are responsible for their own safety while participating in volunteer activities. Salud Revenue Partners will provide training and resources to ensure employee safety, but employees should take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety.


Code of Conduct:

Employees must adhere to the company's code of conduct while participating in volunteer activities. Any behavior that violates the code of conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.


Legal Considerations:

Volunteer activities may involve certain legal considerations, such as liability and insurance coverage. Salud Revenue Partners will provide appropriate coverage for employees participating in approved volunteer activities.

Recognition and Rewards:

Salud Revenue Partners recognizes and rewards employees who participate in volunteer activities. Employees who complete a certain number of volunteer hours or participate in a specific number of volunteer activities may be eligible for recognition and rewards programs, which will be outlined in the company's employee rewards program.
